Garima Jain Kisses Shakti- Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki Goodbye

Recently, we brought to you Shoaib Ibrahim joining Zee TV's Jeet Gaye To Piyaa More after Krrip Kapur Suri quit the show. And now, Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki actress Garima Jain has quit. Garima used to play the important character of Raavi Singh Harman  (Vivian D'sena) sister.

Garima's character was grey, which many feel helped her to improve as an artiste. The actress has posted a long emotional message on her Instagram, a while back:

The message clearly indicates that she is going to sorely miss her Shakti family, especially Rubina Dilaik (Soumya).

When we contacted the actress to speak to her about her decision, she said, "Look, I want to do something new and interesting now. In fact, I want to focus on a lead role now,  to be precise. It was an amazing journey of playing Raavi in Shakti but in the current track I didn't find myself exploring anything major. There was little left to do with my character. Hence I choose to say goodbye."

Talking about her future plans, Garima said, "I have worked a lot on my body recently and thankfully lost a lot of weight and looking much leaner (laughs). As I said, I will hereafter concentrate on playing lead characters and hopefully will be back with something nice, shortly. I shall also focus on my singing."
